The magnolias are in full bloom, and their beauty fills me with inspiration! I am captivated by every aspect of the magnolia tree, from its gnarly branches to the sturdy and variegated petals, and the high pinnacle of the center of the flower. Each bud is poised to burst open with a warm breeze, urging my eyes not to miss a moment of this magnificent sight. The fact that their presence is fleeting only adds to their allure, making them all the more excellent. Indeed, they are one of my absolute favorite subjects to paint!
